General Contracting Services

When purchasing a home through Town & Country Housing, if you need help with your project or your lender requires you to hire a General Contractor. We can handle the Building Permit Process and you can take advantage of the utilization of our Foundation Contractors, Plumbers, Electricians and our Heating & Cooling Contractor. Ask your Housing Specialist for details regarding which the different General Contracting options may be best for you.

Our Office Manager, Tracy, will assist in coordinating any of your service and contracting needs.

Francis is the Service and Construction Manager who will meet with you to design your job site. He is also in charge of new home setup and and site improvements.
